All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active within 24–48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Femmescentique Home LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact our support team immediately at femmescentique@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
